Mortgage Applications

The first step in the mortgage process is to complete the Residential Loan Application and Authorization to Verify Credit forms which are provided for your convenience (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader). Once you have completed these documents you may either fax or mail them to the attention of Margaret Sumner at The Citizens Bank or call for an appointment. In addition to a completed application and authorization form, the following documents are some of the items needed for your loan package and will be required once pre-approval of your loan has been obtained.

1. Current year-to-date pay stub covering 30 days.
2. Most recent two years’ W-2’s.
3. Most current two months’ bank statements on all checking and savings accounts, all pages.
4. Most recent statement for Certificates of Deposit, IRA, 401K, or other retirement accounts listed as Assets on the Loan Application.

 

Other documents may be required based upon individual borrower’s circumstances.
